Lay Your Clothes Out the Night Before

Preview Your Workout
In addition to laying out your clothes the night before, take a few minutes to look over your workout. Whether you’re running, lifting weights, or heading out for a walk, familiarize yourself with the workout details so you know what to expect.
Nothing is worse than reading your workout for the first time at five in the morning, and feeling confused and unsure about what to do.

Get Out of Bed As Soon As Your Alarm Goes Off
For some, this might be the most difficult part of becoming a morning exercise person. As tempting as it might be to hit snooze, your workout time slowly dwindles down with every minute you stay in bed.
Something else that might help is placing your phone or alarm on the other side of your bedroom, so you actually have to get out of bed to turn it off.
